Riverside Outfitters launched in 2005 and by 2007 we had added 2 rafts, a pickup truck, a trailer, and the beginnings of a tree climbing camp. Shoot, our first raft guide class consisted of only about 10 guides and camp consisted of 3 counselors. In the fifteen years that have followed, we’ve grown our programs to include 20 rafts, around 45 raft guides, 21 camp counselors, and thousands of customers a year. Our culture is one of professionalism, while at the same time keeping fun front and center. Processes and practices are in line with what you would expect from a company that has so many lives in their hands each season. Working with Riverside will give you the opportunity to grow on the river and gain long-lasting friendships.
We want great people working for us and we take a lot of pride in the way we do things as well as the impact we have in the community. If you think you can be a valuable part of that team, join us!
