Operations Staff Application

We are hiring for 2 types of customer service staff positions:

Shuttle/Customer Service: Checking in customers as they arrive, helping load and secure trailers with boats and boards, transporting customers and equipment to various locations in Richmond, and working with the Reservation team to make sure trips run smoothly.

Reservations/Logistics: Helping customers chose the right service for them, answering any questions about Riverside’s offerings, scheduling outings, as well as communicating with other Riverside staff to ensure guides and customers have everything they need to have a great experience.
